Today I'm super excited to announce a couple things. The first is that I'm one of twenty bloggers nationwide that have been selected to take part in Target's just-launched Inner Circle program. (More on that below.) The second is an Instagram contest welcoming a spiffy new Target store to downtown San Francisco. Up for grabs? A $250 Target gift card!
I'm glad to have this new Target store so close to my house, because these days I've been trying to walk instead of drive as much as possible. Not only have I lost 10 pounds as a result (!) but I've found myself appreciating my city in ways I never imagined possible. There are surprises around every corner. Even the simplest errand becomes an adventure. Now I can walk to Target too!
And that's the theme of this contest. Just Instagram photos of sights you see when you're out walking. Tag the pics with @citysage and #TargetSF. You can enter as many times as you like–in fact the more entries, the better your chance of winning the $250 Target gift card. You don't have to be in San Francisco, either. I want to see your town through your eyes. So start walking!

Congrats Anne on being part of the inner circle! When you come to mpls we should meet up for coffee 🙂 Isn’t the new Target to die for? One of my close friends lives one block away and says he’s been there 6 times in 3 days. Can’t wait to see what you share for Target’s Inner Circle.
