What is it about Australia that makes it a hotbed for fabulous style? Having never been myself I can't speak to the why—perhaps there's something in the water?—but as a longtime long-distance observer of that country's design exports I can say that from food to fashion to interiors to entertaining, the folks down under know what's up. Fortunately for us here in the States, they're as hooked as we are on Instagram so there's no shortage of stylish Aussies to follow!
In the food department (top), I can't get enough of Sneh Roy from Cook Republic. Sneh's Instagram feed fills in the space where her blog of the same name leaves off, giving us bystanders a glimpse at her adventures in the kitchen and beyond. When it comes to interiors, Meghan Plowman is my go-to for eye candy. The art director and stylist takes us on her travels throughout Perth, where there's apparently no shortage of charming cafes and decor boutiques!
Finally, for wardrobe inspiration check out The Gray Girls. The apparel shop (previously run on Facebook and getting its own dedicated site) is run by a duo of sisters with a penchant for vintage. Their feed features outfit ideas, behind-the-scenes snaps from their thrifting trips, and plenty of dreamy, atmospheric shots to satisfy your appetite for that moody boho vibe. Now tell me please!
