Party Down: The Curiosity Shoppe at Target

Anne-sage

Just down the street from my house in San Francisco's Mission neighborhood is a treasure trove called The Curiosity Shoppe. There's always something lovely brewing there, from one-of-a-kind ceramics and paper goods to artisinal homewares from local designers. So when I learned that Target had tapped the owners Derek and Lauren for a collaboration line, I was thrilled!

Last night a big gaggle of us gathered for an in-person peek at the collection. Dare I say this is my favorite yet? Inspired by the nostalgia and Americana of the old-fashioned road trip (my personal weakness, as you know!) you'll find everything from serveware that speaks to your inner vagabond to charming giftables for that bestie who shares your lust for adventure.

My personal favorite is probably that spunky orange piggy bank. You can't see it but he has a question mark on his belly–which in my case would be his way of saying, 'Why you always gotta be stealin' from me?' But I can't wait for these pieces to hit Target stores September 9 so that the whole country can have a taste of one of my favorite San Francisco gems!
