Bring Life to the Kitchen with New Spring 2018 Cookbook Releases

Ever since the beginning of the year, after the hubbub of the holidays calmed down, I have felt reborn in the kitchen. I’ve been cooking up a storm! My renewed interest is mostly due to the fact that our kitchen is so functional now that the renovation is complete, but I’ve also gained more of an interest in trying plant-based recipes thanks too a vegan cleanse we did in January. Even though I gain so much inspiration from Pinterest and my favorite food blogs, there’s nothing quite like flipping through a cookbook, marking recipes to try, perhaps drooling a little on the pages—and this bunch of Spring 2018 cookbook releases are sure to get my culinary creative juices flowing!

The mix is so good this season! It includes new releases from top food blogs like Eva Kosmas Flores, How Sweet Eats, and What’s Gaby Cooking; recipe reveals from several celebrated restauranteurs; and even a how-to for easy Chinese food favorites, so you can enjoy your favorite Asian flavors without the greasy takeout guilt! What strikes me most about all of this spring’s cookbook releases is how colorful they are, which is exactly how it should be. After all, we’re heading into a season of bounty, and what better way to celebrate it than with an incredible home-cooked meal!
