Is this the biggest giveaway in the history of Rue? Yes. Are we more excited than we were when we rented a camel for a cover shoot? No. (Come on, it was a camel!) But we're pretty darn psyched about this, because we have rounded up a troupe of incredible sponsors to donate a Santa Sack of amazing goodies and get this: ONE LUCKY READER WILL WIN EVERYTHING YOU SEE HERE!!!
There's a little bit of everything: something for your wardrobe, for your home, for your vanity table, for your bookshelf. And we didn't snag anything that we wouldn't want for ourselves. (I mean really, really want for ourselves. Let's just say I'm super jealous of whoever is going to win this prize package.) And not to throw numbers around, but the total value? Over $2000!
So how do you win? It's easy! Just head to the Rue Magazine website and get the info you need to answer this question: Which one of our five feature stories would you most like to escape to for a holiday getaway? Use your imagination, come up with the most outlandish reply (you know I love a tall tale!) and come back to my blog and leave a comment with your reply!
You can enter four more times: once each on Bri, Cassandra, and Crystal's blogs. They all have a different question for you to answer, so pay attention. Plus tweet for an entry as well: "I wanna win the $2k @RueMagazine holiday giveaway! http://bit.ly/sgdJmB" We'll select a winner at random next Wednesday. Unfortunately we can only accept US entrants (sorry!). Now ready? Set? Enter!
Thank you to our AMAZING sponsors! Glamorously Gray and Golden necklace by Elva Fields, $198 (one of a kind and not online), dwellstudio tubular burst objet $372.50, dwellstudio draper stripe duvet cover and shams $280, molton brown hand wash and lotion in white mulberry $50, molton brown stainless steel elemental arc $58, perricone MD hypoallergenic line (cleanser, moisturizer, peptide complex, eye cream) total value of $277, CB2 ernest bar cart $149, crate and barrel nord vase $149, QSW women's left bank puffy coat $185, GHD scarlet collection limited edition flat iron $225, decorate $35, nomad $40, it's lonely in the modern world $19.95, lotta jansdotter open studios $24.95, the liberty book of home sewing $27.50
I think I would have to pick Bri’s apartment. Because in her awesome loft it looks like we would have awesome dance parties everywhere, and have a super funky vintage fashion show in all her clothes!
Design Loft Fest for me! It sounds like a classier version of the year I spent living modestly (AKA poor as dirt) in Brooklyn.
So excited about this giveaway!
That Maine B&B is something else. I have never stayed in New England, especially in style like that. Ah, dreamy.
First of all, this is kind of ridiculous. I would love to win EVERYTHING in the gift guides (you ladies have taste!) Of all the features, I’d like to visit the sets in “Jingle Belle”. A play date in Jonathan Adler’s store? Yes, please!
Wait, am I allowed to hang out with the “unicorn” on page 106? If not, I’ll take the runner up Bri’s loft. I figure that’s the next closest place to find a unicorn, right?
I’m ready to move into the 1813 mansion!
I would love to hang out in Bri’s Loft from DESIGNLOVEFEST! The artwork and that adorable unicorn as well as those flowers would make the holiday so much more fun!
I’d love to crash at the Captain Fairfield Inn B&B. I could literally sit in the black living room all day and get lost in the details β imaging that I was solving a 100-year-old mystery.
this is so amazing, and my answer? bri’s loft. π
Thank you a trillion times for doing such a cool giveaway… I am going to be so jealous of the person that wins (unless it’s me)! My favorite feature of the bunch is Bri’s Design Loft Fest… love her use of color mixed with white ceramic. I’d probably spend the day ogling her clothes and resisting the urge to try them on. π
I would love 4 of the abc home essai chairs to pair with my rustic/industrial dining room table!
I’d love a stay at the house on the site of the Jingle Belle shoot.
I love tons of stuff in the new issue, but I do love the Brandi Strickland art print, she is one of my faves. This is a great giveaway!
Best giveaway EVER! I would pick Bri’s loft. Cause it’s all kinds of cool.
I would probably get the biker leather jacket – I love the color and cut and it will go great with jeans. Great to wear on a casual date! Oh and I tweeted!
I think I would hang out with Bri down the street in her downtown loft. We would design holiday cards on our macs while watching Love Actually while our boyfriends play LA Noire in the other room and the whole place would smell like Hogsmeade Butterbeer.
Just leave me at Casa de Perrin for a few days and let me tablescape π Loved that feature- truly inspiring!
I would LOVE the Z Gallerie Chandelier. It would look perfect in my new place! The new issue is FIERCE.
I’m a little obsessed with the Novagratz apartment. Plus I have to go to New York to do battle for work. So that would be the place!
I would love to go to Maine, but for the holidays. The modern and cozy B&B would be hard to resist.
I go wherever the unicorn goes.
Or Bri’s loft because it is all kinds of awesome!
Come to think of it, Unicorn would probably want to hang out there too. We would all have a wacky, magical dance party! Weeee!
I LOVE the Gramercy Quirk piece! The home seems so cozy with so many great vintage pieces. And I think the loft featured in Design Loft Fest is actually tied with a Gramercy for a wonderful space! Love the pops of color.
i love everything about the jingle bells shoot…but i’m gonna have to go with bri’s loft. i’m kind of totally obsessed with her quirky design style!
I wanna go to LA! Gosh, this loft is gorgeous, taken care of in the cutest details!Plus there’s nothing like a little sunshine to warm up the heart. I’ll go see a movie with my boyfriend!
I am totally in love with bri’s loft! So I’d have to say that. π
I love the Haute Hostess piece…love the plates, coasters, and straws.
So many amazing things to choose from but if I must pick only oneβ¦
I would LOVE to have the blue and gold Stella McCartney dress. Why? Because who doesnβt need a fancy dress for a night out for dinner and drinks!!
I would put on my best socks and head over to Bri’s apartment. That floor screams a good run and slide. I hope she utilizes her great flooring!
I would definitely pick Bri’s Loft. Would be too cool to hang out there for a while.
Awesome giveaway as well!!!
Definitely the BandB! I’ve never been to Maine…but I can almost taste the Lobster Rolls if I close my eyes….oh lordy!
I would LOVE to go to Gramercy Quirk! I actually just got back from a trip (fun, not business!) to New York and am already dying to go back. The space is to die for and would be perfectly suitable for my boyfriend to come along. He didn’t get to go last weekend so this would make up for it π Plus, we love bikes!!
I want to escape to the Captain Fairfield Inn on a secret romantic getaway. There is something about the quiet that is captivating, refreshing and makes me feel like I can let loose a little without anyone ever knowing what really happened on that little getaway – well other than coming back with flush cheeks and feeling very refreshed! A girl can dream…
Much love,
B
Bri’s loft!!!!, love the Dwell bedding and the whole deal! it’s 2die4!
i LOVE bri’s apartment! It’s what I dream of mine being π its perfect and fun!
I would love to live in the Gramercy apartment. I love the mix of vintage and modern. Thanks!
I’d spend the holiday in the Gramercy pad. I’d drink copious amounts of alcohol, and eat tons of fattening food and I’d never make the bed… and “Uni” (the Unicorn, of course!) would be the guest of honor.
Definitely the Gramercy Quick apartment. Thought DLF does have mad style, if I didn’t live in LA already I’d go to her apt for sure!
New England in the fall. Drive around looking at fall leaves!!
Thank you!
I’d have to pick Bri’s loft in the design loft fest. It’s so bright and cheery and looks comfy & lived in without feeling too put-together/magazine-like. I definitely love that there’s a bit of quirk in there too! She did a great job mixing modern and vintage, which is my fave.
Bri’s loft without question! Tweeted about this as well.
I actually love the Gramercy Park bachelor pad. It’s so eclectic and comfortable at the same time!
Definitely the B & B. I know you can’t live there but I wouldn’t mind hunkering down with my hubby for a few days. I think he’d even like it–it has a nice mix of traditional and modern to keep both of us happy.
This giveaway is amazing!I love something from each story. Jingle Belle is where I would want to escape to with the car included. I love old cars, something that I got from my dad. With a love for old cars why not have a love for the past and this story brings me back.
Gramercy PLEASE. that place is spectacular. I’d have to bring my own Unicorn, though. or maybe Mr. Narwhal…..
i’m going with the bachelor pad. think of all the amazing things you could do in that kitchen!
Fishseddy mermaid for my mom!
I would definitely want to stay in the Bachelor Pad. Living with three girl roommates I think it would be interesting to relax in a different masculine environment. (Also I’m in LOVE with that kitchen & the living room chandelier)
I am all about the B&B! It would be part romantic and part whimsical. Love it!
I’m not usually a midcentury decor fan, but I love the idea of living in that eras clothes and hair for the holiday, so Jingle Belles it is!
I love Gramercy Quirk! It looks so clean and homey! Just what I need to recoup from a crazy Christmas!
What an amazing giveaway! I would have to say Gramercy Quirk. I think the kitchen did me in…
I have always wanted to visit Maine and I know that Rob and Leigh would be the perfect hosts! Captain Fairfield Inn for me!
I would totally escape to the Captain Fairfield Inn. We spent our babymoon just south of Kennebunkport and absolutely fell in love with the area. I can’t imagine a better place to spend our first holiday as a family of three. We would stroll through Kennebunkport exploring all the neat shops and near by sights with our little one bundled from the cold. Then return to the inn to get warm by the fire.
The bungalow in Venice, California. What a warm welcome.
Iβm so happy Iβm now a U.S resident! I pretty much want everything on those gift guides. If I had to choose one thing it would be the essai chair from ABChome! My studio would love it!
I choose DesignLoftFest because a: I’m obsessed with LA. OBSESSED, I say! b: Bri’s loft looks like an extension of her blog – typography and unexpected pairings galore. LOVE. c: I’m pretty sure I remember mention of a rooftop jacuzzi. Need I say more?
I’m gonna have to go with Rachel Reider’s abode. There’s just something about all that zebra print. I’m mixed with black and white…it’s like the colors are calling me home. π
Bri’s loft!! I would live there forever!!
love the giveaway! thanks!
Okay, so let’s pretend I’m writing my debut novel and I need to escape Southern California for a year and head to Maine to immerse myself in the lobster fishing world. If that were the case I would be thrilled to stay for an entire year in the Rachel room in the Captain Fairfield Inn! I think it’s divine!
Thanks for the amazing giveaway and the chance to interrupt my regularly scheduled day to participate in this daydream!
I would love grab a weekend bag, put on the gold Oscar de la Renta dress and cruise up in that vintage car to the 1813 Mansion in Maine for the perfect retreat!!
This is an insane giveaway. For christmas I would like the brown leather Mango bomber or the taupe Shoemint booties. I’m pretty sure I would wear them until they began to decompose (or become a cause for concern from coworkers, whatever comes first). Please!?
Well, I’ve been daydreaming about living in Bri’s loft forever now, so I’d definitely pick that! Plus, I live in NYC and hate nothing more than cold weather, so an LA holiday sounds perfect right now.
amazing giveaway!! gramercy – yes please! i love nyc and that apartment is amazing.
I would love the retro vespa! Iβm determined if we need a second vehile itβs going to be a scooter. But I also canβt take my eyes off the spiderman art. Hubs would love it!
-agata
Oh, I totally want to go to that inn. I’ve never been to New England and could use some r&r!
It wasn’t an easy choice – picking just one of all the amazing gift options, but if I had to choose, I’d go with the Shoemint wedge boots. Lurve them.
This giveaway is ridiculously amazing. Thanks for the chance! I’d love to go hang at the house in Atlanta where Jingle Belle was shot and re-enact the photoshoot and keep the wardrobe of course π
I would love to live where i pink sequined unicorn lives in my backyard. So Casa sugar story please!
i would LOVE to escape to bri’s fun apt in LA! i’ve never been there, and I could definitely miss the warm sun (there’s none on the east coast).
Lovin on the Portland General Store Professor after shave (husband mid PhD)
Ooops! Posted my answer to another one of the questions on here! Sorry. I’d love to get away to Gramercy Quirk – love the style!
Bri’s Loft! I have always envied lofts. Plus it would be so fun to check out all of her amazing accessories!
I’d like to escape to Bri’s loft, so I could play pretend that I was a fabulous design-savvy Rue girl! I’d totally raid her closet/rack, and cover myself in sequins and color. β₯
Design Loft Fest! OH MY! I follow Bri’s blog too and she never ceases to inspire me. Living in this ever changing loft for the holidays would be a dream come true!
Can you say ‘babymoon’ at the Captain Fairfield Inn B&B?! Due with #2 in April and this looks like the perfect place to getaway for some r&r. Thanks for this generous giveaway opportunity!
Bri’s loft is perfectly imperfect! Take me there!! π
I love the house on the site of the Jingle Belle shoot.
Thanks so much for the chance to win. To answer your question: I would say: the 1813 mansion-turned-B&B! xo.
[email protected]
Once Upon A Table! Candy + Unicorn = winner. However, I’d like to ride the unicorn wearing nothing but a lady Godiva wig the color of Katie Perry’s blue hair. Zak can lead Uno (that’s what I named the Unicorn) around so everyone can cheer at me and throw sprinkles in the air! Happy holidays!
What an amazing giveaway! I love the black polka-dot bra and undies set from Madewell in your holiday issue. Cute! How great would it be to win all of this stuff?!
I’d love to go to the Fairfield Bed & Breakfast. I’ve never been to New England, and I’ve always dreamed of going!
By the way, this is an amazing giveaway–thank you!
Now, who wouldn’t want to get away to the Captain Fairfield Inn! It is fabulously decorated and what a stay it would be! I am truly missing the east coast!
xo-
Michelle Zuniga
I’d hang out with Bri at her gorgeous loft, we’d do our nails, bake cookies, watch Pretty in Pink and Breakfast Club and drink French Red Wine, make fondue and crank call boys.
Oh this one is hard because the “A room at the inn” story features a decorated house that is to die for! But I want to escape into the “Once upon a table” story. Only because I totally wish unicorns were real π and I love everything colorful, sparkly, and sweet!
Thanks for this awesome giveaway!!
So sad that it is only for US readers π I love RUE!
As a historian, I enjoy anything with a past that’s been preserved so I would relax at the Captain Fairfield in Maine to see the building and the modern updates inside.
Bri’s loft! I am so inspired by her and the way she decorated. And if I escaped to her loft.. then I could meet you all, right? BFFs! π
Bri’s Loft for sure. So fun!
I’d love to stay at the beautiful Fairfield Inn! I’ve always dreamed of visiting New England! Great feature, and great giveaway!
I could see myself taking this holiday vacation at “A Room at the Inn”. I would eat breakfast in bed daily and lounge in the library next to the fireplace drinking hot toddies and reading a good book. My nights would be slept soundly on the bed with the zebra headboard. Sounds like a holiday dream come true!
I would love to own the dwellstudio tubular burst object !
I’m not really a huge fan of LA, but after watching the Rue video of Bri’s apartment shoot, who wouldn’t have fun there? Great eclectic design and girlie treats are my dream….and she is definitely right when she says that’s how the magic happens- it looks too fun to pass up! (PS. I’m totally okay with visiting the space, even if I don’t win!)
Gramercy Park, love the sumo wrestlers
Bri’s loft. Hands down. Love.
Ummm pretty sure I’d escape to Bri’s living room. Is it weird that’s my number one choice? I want to kick back with some hot chocolate and watch a good movie on her kick-ass TV.
I love the Stella McCartney shift dress!
I would pick living in Sibella court’s life [just for the holiday of course] as her executive assistant/ personal assistant since hers would be on vacation, naturally. She would have me travel the world with her [or somewhere inspiring and warm], ask me for advice on objects to buy and generally be best friends.
This is outlandish because I have no design training/ schooling/ experience what-so-ever… A girl can dream, though, right?
With love from across the bay,
Bethany
I’d love to hang out in Bri’s loft. I’m kind of obsessed with her classy yet quirky style. I especially love all the beautiful details, like the God Save The Queen sign- so great!
The B&B is pretty spectacular. I’ll go with that. Some good coffee, a long walk, snuggling in bed–perfect!
wow! just tweeted
holiday edition of rue is great!! novogratz apartment. haven’t been to new york in ages and it’s so fun at holiday time!!
I am soo in love with the tan wedges from shoe mint : )
I would love to escape to the Jingle Belle house. All the midcentury goodness! I’d don the beautiful clothes featured and take that car out for a spin. I have no idea how I will turn off that day dream this afternoon… fa la la la la, la la la la.
ooooh this is INCREDIBLE. I’m obsessed with the jingle belle feature!! The living room is to die for! I’d love spend the day in that room after a spin in that amazing CAR!!
Kennebunkport, Maine!
I am digging the cozy little bed and breakfast in Maine.
someone didn’t read the directions – they would like to have a holiday getaway in one of z gallery’s chandeliers! lol. I would choose the B&B – I love all the patterns!
I would love a holiday getaway to Bri’s loft so I can steal half her stuff. Merry Christmas to me! (Shhhh, don’t tell her.)
IT would have to be Jingle Belle. It would be a dream to have someone do my hair up like that, plus the clothes and if I get to live in that house? Yep, sign me up!
The Maine B&B… Amazing charm, character, and colors. Maine seems so soothing and timeless. I would love to visit, and just admire the landscape and design around me!
Casa de Perrin! I love vintage china! Le sigh.
I would love to escape to Casa de Perrin in “Once Upon a Table”. We, the Perrins and I, would spend the holidays treasure hunting and I would leave with some incredible vintage loot and priceless knowledge of how to source great vintage in LA. BUT, if we’re being totally honest here, I’d go mostly for the Unicorns. UNICORNS!
Hand’s down Bri’s loft–she makes it look so fun in the video.
I would love to spend a weekend at the inn in Kennebunkport. My husband and I stopped there for a couple days during our honeymoon road trip, but I had food poisoning and I spent most of my time recovering. It would be nice to get out and explore a bit if I got the chance to go again!
I would have to say the B&B, but then those poor people would have the unfortunate duty of having to kick me out when I enviably move in. I’m talking, ice cream in my undies at 2am on the zebra rug, kinda move in. It would be messy, but it would be worth it.
I would like to stay at the Captain Fairfield Inn. Not only would I(hopefully) have a white Christmas but I’d also get to be one of the first people in the US to welcome in the new year!
I love Bri’s loft! Love the rainbow of clothes.
Sweet Pete, this a generous giveaway! Yβall rock! I gotta go with the Madewell bra and pantiesβ¦ my boyfriend would loooove it haha
I’d want to go to the Design Loft Nest… As dusk rolls around, I’d put thee ol’ Marvin Gaye record on and light a few candles. Once the mood was right, I’d wait to watch as the vintage type on the walls started to make out with the images in the room. It would get steamy in there like that one scene in Titanic… All of my Christmas dreams coming true… This probably happens there every night. I’m sure of it!
I love that loft–we live in Chicago and I’ve been dying to find an industrial loft to move into!
Bri’s loft, definitely! I just adore her style.
I love Bri’s place, and I would love to get-away and stay in such an awesome loft! What a nice escape from my cramped studio.
definitely the steve madden flats!
Well of course I’d love to attend a shindig at Bri’s apartment… we’d dance too much and have a couple drinks and I’d probably crash on the couch. I could make a yummy breakfast in the morning to say thanks!
WOWZA!hmmm. talk about tough choices. But, Bri’s loft would have to be my pick. She has amazing inspiration for the aspiring graphic designer!
Amazing Giveaway! Anyone who gets it is blessed!
I’d go completely retro with the house in Jingle Belle. Those windows in the living room let in beautiful light!
I would love to visit the Casa de Perrin party because they have sweet treats and unicorns. What else could you ask for?!
Fingers crossed!
i would love to spend some time in the house in the Jingle Belle feature!
Gotta say the Captain Fairfield B&B looks awesome, and would be a great escape from NYC for a bit!
I’d love to hop into a time machine and jet back to the 60’s and spend the holidays in the Jingle Belle spread!
GREAT giveaway!
Well, I would have to choose the Jingle Belles pad. Brings back memories from my younger days. The teased hair, the furniture, etc. Yep, need to go back there for the weekend.
Teresa
xoxo
already tweeted
I would head on over to Bri’s loft! It’s such a “cool girl’s” place that I might not know what to do with myself – but I think I could figure it out!
bri’s loft for sure! so whimsical fun and cozy. love the twist ice cream cone print, reminds me of summer!
please pick me for this super wonderful giveaway.
Captain Fairfield Inn! I love b&b’s!!! and this one is super cute and chic!!! Love it!
GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!
Bri’s loft looks like a fabulous place to be!
I love that quirky bachelor pad! I’d spend a cozy weekend alone with my fiancΓ©, cooking in that beautiful kitchen, and just plain enjoying each other’s company.
I would love to visit the posh Atlanta home and Northcrest Modern neighborhood. I just love the mid century details! I would totally rock a Betty Draper wardrobe and we would all drink like the characters on Mad Men! Sounds like the perfect holiday getaway to me!
The feature on Sibella Court’s book Nomad was my favorite!! What an amazing position to be in to scour the world for decorating pieces of beauty! Her words: “Just magic and fantasy to inspire and delight” are true poetry – traveling the world is just that! If I could join her for her travels, our adventures would never end! How sweet of her to share her knowledge and stories with everyone in her book π GREAT giveaway!
I would love to spend a weekend at the home featured in the Jingle Belle piece!
The Captain Fairfield B&B is pretty much adorable!
I would totally vacation in Bri’s loft … which seems weird because its someones apartment. But it’s bright enough to count as a vacation. π
I love Gramercy Quirk.
Love Bri’s love, would be so fun to getaway there!
I would LOVE to give my twin sister the leather jacket from mango-that way I can borrow it since we’re the same size π
[email protected]
I’m smitten with Robert & Cortney’s Co-Op turned bachelor pad. I’m in the process of moving in with my lovely man, and their quips about give and take and working together, really made the space gorgeous and unique! It gets me excited to start thinking about the many glorious ways to create a beautiful home! Chalkboard above the bed. A lovely way to leave a note to a sleepy bed companion! Merci for the amazing giveaway chance!
Maggie

I’m so obsessed with that bedding! My favorite item in the gift guide is the Fishs Eddy Bottle opener! It’s so kitschy and fun!
Bri’s loft! gorgeous!
I would have to go with the ABC Chair or the Mango leather jacket. xxo
my choice? bri’s loft!
I have never seen a more fabulous bed & breakfast than Captain Fairfield, featured in the holiday issue of Rue. From the zebra headboards to the navy walls, the entire setting is unexpected elegance. I’m such a B&B gal, it would be the perfect getaway.
This is HUGE! I love all those things so much and the yellow anthro jacket in the fashion editorial and the necklace on pg. 24.
I’m totally drooling over Bri’s loft! I’d just like to stay for one little tiny sleepover! Please?!
I would like to escape to the Once a Upon a Table Feature!
Ahoy! Captain Fairfields inn!
My husband and I would stumble upon this sweet (yet highly fashionable) B&B after getting caught in a storm on our way to our third ugly sweater Christmas party. The room we pick is the “plush Parsons”. And despite my husband’s hesitation over the slightly feminine zebra headboard, we enjoy a nice weekend together and avoid being seen in our overplayed (not to mention itchy) singing Santa sweaters.
Happy Holidays!
I super love New England, so the Maine B&B would be perfect.
I can definitely see me hanging in Sheila Court’s studio, with the zebra on my head and a feather wreath around my neck. This, of course, would occur after several “Come Hithers” to foster inspiration which would lead to a complete derailment of intention. However, my bizarro costume would lead to a crazy photo shoot that would land Sheila ANOTHER major spread! π
Love Rue, and would love to escape to the Captain Fairfield Inn for some much needed rest (love my three toddlers, but rest is lacking right now) and inspiration. Thanks for taking me there for a few minutes at least!
Oh, chillin’ in the coolest LA loft would be my pick! Bri’s closest and STUFF are a total dream! I love it.
Bri’s apartment would be my pick. It’s so different from my own style.
It’s a toss up between the Shoemint Wedge bootie and the Pave-Stud earrings in gold! I love them both so much, but for the sake of practicality I would have to go with the wedge booties! I’m sure it’s as comfortable as it is chic.
Bri’s Loft.
The inn…I adore the whimsical touches and who doesn’t love stayin in a b&b!?
i would love to live in brie’s loft. it’s chic, and cute, and modern, and I LOVE that it’s open. it would allow my creativity to flow.
The new issue is amazing! π I love the Alexandra Beth earrings! So adorable
it’s hard to say no to a horse with a pink, sparkly unicorn horn. so i guess i will go with the casa de perrin story. i mean, what more is needed??
I would LOVE a getaway with the hunny to the Captain Fairfield B&B. I’m not sure what the weather is like in New England, however I can imagine us sipping hot cocoa and getting all cozy in that dramatic navy blue living room π SUCH an AWESOME giveaway rue girls!!
The Jingle Belle shoot was, needless to say, absolutely amazing. I’m smitten with the big hair and mod tailoring.
I have always dreamt of living in a loft, and Bri’s is fabulous. I would throw an amazing holiday cocktail party with lots of friends and family.
I love, love, love the Madewell bralet and panty set. Fun and flirty and a great gift! Love the issue guys.
I would defintely escape into the world of Rachel Reider’s B&B. My hunky boyfriend and I would hunker down at her classy inn, drink hot cocoa with heart-shaped marshmallows, and stare dreamily at the vast array of colors, textures and patterns in the Captain’s decor. Ahhh.. to be there.
Absolutely hands down the modern B&B in Maine! West coast is the best coast, but occasionally it’s about the East. I’ve been working in the hotel industry for years and Rachel Reider’s hospitality seems 5-star. xx marissa cool
The New England B&B for me. I’ve always wanted to go! Plus the picture of the sumo wrestlers in the “living room” just got me. Hehe…
oops! just realized the sumo picture I commented about was about the grammercy place! my bad! pls. just ignore that on my earlier comment. :/
I have been obsessing over Bri Emery’s loft for a few weeks now, so I’d probably want to escape there. That would be an amazing place to host an awesome (i.e. drunken) New Year’s Eve party! π
bri’s loft is to die for! i may or may not bring a giant duffel bag with me on that one for all her trinkets! (wanted to clear up what was goin’ in that bag! π
The New England B&B looks like an amazing escape! I’ve been so busy with work, that any place with a giant bed, beautiful design, and someone to make me breakfast in the morning sounds just about right!
Can I say Bri’s loft?? : ) I could not wait to see her loft and the pics are beautiful; it is perfectly styled. I would looove to see it in person and visit the neighborhood in LA!! This is an absolutely amazing giveaway. Soaked up the latest issue of Rue! xo
Definitely Bri’s loft, it’s incredible!
umm this giveaway is bananas. have to say bri’s loft!
xox
anne, i adored your pick of the shoemint wedges in rue magazine! i would definitely love to have those!
thanks for the giveaway! π
xo jeanette
http://www.simplychicforcheap.wordpress.com
Wow everything in the magazine is so lustworthy it is hard to choose the best! I was instantly enamored with the Alexandra Beth pave gold earrings! Such a great and versatile piece that would complement anyones wardrobe! And i LOVE me some gold!
XOX Happy Holidays!
Most definitely the B&B in Maine, I could see having such a fun party in that place and also just a nice place to relax. And that kitchen… I would go to town cooking dinner in that kitchen.
Ohhh the bed & breakfast would be just THE MOST PERFECT relaxing retreat!
The bed & breakfast in Maine! It looks cozy yet stylish.
I tweeted about the giveaway from @ceperk! Hoping this Entry #2 will be the lucky winning ticket!! xoxo
I’ll just take the vespa on page 20 and ride on over to the lovely vintage inspired home and just pretend I traveled into the past and spend the weekend just living in the 60s. π
I’d go with the Captain Fairfield Inn. As a mom of a 1.5 year old who *still* doesn’t sleep through the night, I fantasize about checking into a gorgeous old inn, taking a hot bath, putting on a thick bathrobe, having some scrumptious food brought to my door, eating it in bed (screw the crumbs), then drifting into the most delicious (*uninterrupted*) sleep of my adult life.
The B&B in Maine is ah-mazing! (Just like this giveaway is!) Kennebunkport seems so all-American to me, and it would be so nice to retreat to the Rachel room after hobnobbing over at the Bush compound.
Thanks so much for the chance!
xo,
Laura
Oh Bri’s loft HANDS DOWN.
Hmm…close tie between Bri’s loft and the Gramercy Park digs…I’ve never been to NYC (ridiculous, I know) so of course I’d love to visit and come home laden down with shopping bags and belly full of good grub. The awesome industrial style definitely doesn’t hurt either. But Bri has rad style and I would probably pass out from happiness if I could kick back in her gorgeously curated loft and hang out in LA too. Tough call! Can I do both?! Rue is the best – this giveaway is BEYOND generous! π
bri’s loft is rad!
Oh my goodness I love everything about the ‘once upon a table’ article, but really I’d love to hang out at the Maine B&B esp in the rachel room love textured walls!
I’ve also tweeted as abitnerdy: http://twitter.com/abitnerdy/status/147530207463612416
Dwell Studio duvet. lurve
I would have to say either Bri’s loft or the Gramercy co-op!
the malibu shoot was breathtaking. who wouldn’t want a dream holiday there? first stop would be coogies for breakfast, then finding sea glass on the beach and dinner at geoffreys. can’t get better than good food and a tan!
Captain Fairfield Inn. And I’d just sleep in the lounge, no lie.
The Fairfield Inn looks like the perfect place for a winter holiday, but I would love to see Bri’s Loft. I love her fun and eclectic style!
Bri’s loft. I would descend from the ceiling like in Mission Impossible in order to have tea there. Soooo cool.
Hmm definitely Bri’s loft. We’d have a game night with plenty of wine and lots of laughter!
I would love to add the retro vespa to my wish list – and that color! wow!
you had me at Federalist…Rachel Reider’s Maine mansion cum b&b is the one for me.
mos def, bri’s loft with everything sparkly in its own place.
my semester just ended yesterday. i woke up this morning and decided to switch my bedroom and my studio. really? crap is everywhere and i need some order, not the holidays, but it is too late to back out now. π
painting is on saturday.
her loft is so lovely and ordered.
thank you for the giveaway chance—happy holidays!
I have to say, I’m constantly redoing my own personal space and seeing such an amazingly well-design loft like Bri’s pretty much rocked my well-organized, in-need-of-color world haha! That is my answer and I’m stickin’ to it!
I would love to be completely immersed in the vintage filled Casa de Perin. I am a sucker for vintage finds and can imagine having a hay day hanging around those flea market experts and having fun setting up mock displays. Oh I could only imagine! This is truly THE best giveaway ever! Thanks so much and Happy Holidays!
I would have to pick “jingle belle” primarily because that red chair has my name written ALL OVER ittt.
The Maine B & B.
Design Loft Fest in Los Angeles. I would take a Blogshop class and go to the Rose Bowl Flea Market. I would have eggs for breakfast in one of Bri’s favorite places and shop for a fab vintage dress. It would be the most inspiring trip ever!
Bri’s loft is definatley my dream escape!! I love everyt detail about it! I want to live in a loft! I think there adorable and especially hers! Also as a design major I look up to Bri as an inspiration/role model! You probably wont see this but I love your work!!
What an insanely awesome giveaway! I’d escape to NYC after visiting for the first time in October, the 2 days I was there was not enough time see anything. I mean, I didn’t even see the freakin statue of liberty!
I would definitely choose a chic downtown LA apartment as a getaway. π I am in love with Bri’s apartment. So sweetly adorable!
Oh man, Bri’s loft had me the whole time! Good luck to everyone!
Hands down, casa de perrin! Such an interesting business. Thanks for featuring them. Too cool.
Please oh please may I visit Bri’s loft … ’cause I just KNOW in my heart of hearts that the instant she met me she’d think me a hoot and then would ask if I wanted to be her roomie so we could borrow each other’s clothes (have you SEEN her closet?!) And the thing that will really sell her … um … CONVINCE her? I make a mean bowl of cereal! Ha! π
I love the Rue Santa! And I’d take a night in Bei’s loft. It’s so casual cute!
I want the park key!!! Um…hello? Wireless blogging from a private park would be a dream!! I can picture my new ipad, vanilla latte besides me there right now. I’ll take the Gramercy Park apartment designed by the Novogratz! xx
Sibella Court – traveling for inspiration!
I would most like the Professor Aftershave from Portland General Store or, you know, a Vespa.
honestly, i’m loving that bachelor pad! i’d love a wintery getaway in new york! thanks for a chance to win!
j.
Bri’s loft is totally my style, especially that kitchen with the West Elm island work table ….I just know I could find an unconventional use for it!
Tweeted https://twitter.com/#!/rusthawk/status/147574924716937216
The Z Gallerie chandelier! (Although, given that I have a rental, probably won’t have place for that…but we’re fantasizing aren’t we?). More realistically, the Mango leather jacket. And the H&M sweater for my boyfriend.
i would definitely want to escape to Bri’s place!! it is bursting with creativity and inspiration!
Jingle Belle for sure. Because im Dolly Parton’s secret love child, left on a doorstep at birth. so secret even she doesnt know.
I’m finally learning to love my freckles and therefore everything polkadotted π So I’m in love with the Madewell bra and panty set!!!!
Take me away to Captain Fairfield Inn! This is so fun. Such a great idea π Just tweeted too @luciapador
Are we more excited than we were when we rented a camel for a cover shoot? No. (Come on, it was a camel!) But we’re pretty darn psyched about this, because we have rounded up a troupe of incredible sponsors to donate a Santa Sack of amazing goodies and get this: ONE LUCKY READER WILL WIN EVERYTHING YOU SEE HERE!!!
I’m in crazy, mad love with Bri’s loft and would escape to it in 2.5 seconds. So, so amazing.
Once upon a time this girl had a dream about a herd of little lint llama figurines. She had to find a way to get to [Sibella Court] and her destiny so she hopped on her hypothetical Vespa 150 and scoured the world until she finally found happiness on page 33 of the Rue Magazine Holiday issue.
I would love to curl up on Bri’s couch with my current read, Sloan Crosley’s “I was told there’d be cake”. Also, curling up on her spectacular striped and festive bedding… another fave if I got to spend my Christmas weekend there. I love the light in her place. The whole loft just screams LA. What a California treat.
oh – that botanical bathroom makes my heart race!!!
f you missed it you can also get it online. Shipping is $3 but there appears to be no limit.
I really want to crash in Bri’s loft!! It’s the most spectacular place to celebrate with food, music and outrageous outfits!!
Just tweeted about this amazing giveaway!!
such an amazing giveaway. i loved all the features in the holiday issue but was quite smitten with bri’s loft. her style is ridic. i LOVE it. hope you have a great holiday. crossing my fingers!
I would love to escape to the Jingle Belle home. It’s comfortable, mid-century; I can easily imagine myself wearing the model’s dresses, sipping cocktails and playing records. It reminds me of mini-vacations to Palm Springs, one of my favorite places on earth!
j dot marilyn dot evans at gmail dot com
I’d Love to escape to the Captain Fairfield bed and breakfast. Kennebunkport is such a wonderful town– and Rachel Reider really captured its coziness with a modern twist.
bri’s loft is my dream home! that’s all i gotta say (:
Loving the new issue of Rue! I’m also in love with the Elva Fields Glamorously Gray & Golden necklace–yes, please!
Probably the Novagratz apartment. I love how “collected” it is.
In a New York minute, I would play hip instead of house for a west coast weekend in Bri’s loft.
Casa de Perrin has a unicorn – enough said π
I would love to stay in Bri’s loft – I’m an East Coast girl who has never been to the West Coast and I think her loft would be the perfect home-away-from-home.
I am totally obsessed with Bri’s loft. I can just see us hanging out, drinking hot cocoa and enjoying her wonderful kitchen. I am an avid cook and baker so I could totally see myself getting my chef on in that kitchen! I also love all of the little photos on the wall. Totally awesome.
Gramercy Quirk!i spot some jars of candy on that kitchen counter!
the General Selection socks for my boy!
Oh my! Bri’s loft is to. die. for. I would give anything to steal away for a weekend there!!
thepinkhydrangea(at)gmail(dot)com
well, first i would spend the day at bri’s loft. i’d try on all of her clothese and shoes and take pictures. maybe even while wearing the mustache and glasses she has hanging on the wall. but not in the pictures. that would be for when no one was looking. then i’d spend the night in the gramercy quirk pad. i’d pick a bottle of wine from the basket on the kitchen center island and drink it straight out of the bottle while trying to figure out who won the wrestling match. just because. π
Not to be creepy, but I would head immediately to Bri’s loft! I imagine it would take some Mary Poppins-type action, where someone would draw it with sidewalk chalk and I could jump into the picture and then magically be dropped down right onto her amazing sofa. Which is where I would continue to perch until someone kicked me out!
What an AMAZING giveaway! And this particular issue was gorgeous. RUE keeps on getting better and better! Of all the featured stories, the one that I most would like to escape to would definitely be “Jingle Belle”! The house, the interior decor, the car, the clothes! It all looks like such a fun getaway.
A romantic weekend with my husband at the Bed and Breakfast would be just divine.
I love the spaces styled by Sibella Court. I’m off to Australia for the holidays and I love the relaxed Aussie style!
I would love to have a gettaway at the Captain Fairfield Inn B&B!!!
This is such an amazing giveaway!!
([email protected])
That inn with the modern lobby is incredible – yes please!!
Honestly, I would love the band.do big bow headband on p.17. My mom and I share a birthday (30 Jan) and she’s turning the big 5-0 in 2012. I’ve been saving for over a year and I managed to snag tickets to the Kentucky Derby, an event she’s been dreaming about attending since she was little. Everyone will be decked out in their Sunday best but, wish as I may, I’m just NOT a hat person. That headband would allow me feel youthful and participatory in the fashion headgear Olympics that is Churchill Downs while also letting me stand out from the hatted crowd. Plus, the derby is on Cinco de Mayo next year and what says “Β‘Fiesta!” better than a giant bow?
I want to hang out in the house from the Jingle Belle shoot. I think I spotted an octopus pillow in there, hanging out with a whale pillow. We’d have a dance party before getting in the car and driving around town.
I looooove the Madewell black polka dot bra and undie set!! And the green Vespa of course!
Love the new issue! Photography is gorgeous! I would love to recieve the Elva Fields necklace featured on page 21. Classy AND Sassy? Yes please!
I would love to spend the weekend at the Captain Fairfield in with my boyfriend π
Page 88, Gramercy Quirk, HANDS DOWN. It’s fantastically minimal and comfortable. It feels REAL! Thanks for the give away, someone is going to be very, very happy this holiday!
I have always wanted to travel to New England, and that B&B, amazing! Thanks for the opportunity!
The Lille Agate Stacking Boxes, Cassandra chose on the Editor’s Wish List are amazing!! I love the marble, they would be the perfect addition for my self/desk.
me too for bri’s loft! every time she puts pictures of it up on designlovefest i swoon.
I would love to rent out the entire Captain Fairfield Inn for my family and friends and throw one giant holiday bash. How great does that sound?
I’d have to spend the holidays in David Perler’s stunningly designed home. The Novogratz have taken this place into the modern world while still paying homage to the old-world charm historic apartments have. From the moment I moved into my first apartment I’ve always stayed in homes built in the 20s, so I guess I’m just sticking close to home with my pick π
I want to escape to Bri’s loft! Seriously, she could make BANK if she rented it out for the holidays!
I would love the Shoemint Wedge Booties or the Zara Dot Ballet Flats!
Also, where does Bri get her metal letters and sign in her flat? Iβve
been looking everywhere for a large βWβ?
Thanks for a great Magazine!
I’d love the mint green Vespa on pg. 20. So Audrey and Gregory Peck, no?
It would definitely be the Captain Fairfield Inn B&B. Looks like a great place to stay!
definitely bri’s loft! i love how it’s so cozy AND such a large space. id throw the best holiday party ever!
Um, yes, I want that Madeline Weinrib Rug. gorgeous. At first, I thought it was wallpaper.. and I wanted it then too.
I seriously want everything in this issue! And I am at both ends of the spectrum on where I want to go-Kennebunkport and LA-is that allowed?
Miss Bris’s loft. I like that the space has quirky style with a sense of humor, love.
I would stay in Gamercy quirk. I love the style. Plus like another post I really liked the unicorn. Wish I had one..
Thanks.
Laura
Location, Location, Location. Gramercy Quirk is my ideal Springtime home. You know, cuz I have the luxery of moving for the seasons in this fantasy of fantasies…. It’s the perfect place to wake up late, have a cup of tea and take in the country-chic of it all. Life really is grand and peaceful, and who doesn’t love Gramercy Park in the springtime?
I would like to be reincarnated as a princess that lives in Sibella Court’s shop. Her style and things she collects are absolutely inspiring. That would be my dream come true!
bri’s loft!
I would love to spend my HONEYMOON at Cap Fairfield!I would study the house and take notes since we would be on the way back to decorate our own. We would eat Lobster Rolls all day and New England oysters all night. And maybe drink some champagne while sitting on the floor on top of the loveliest zebra stripes I have ever seen. Please! xoxo
this is so generous! i’d have to visit bri’s loft. i love her & her style.
I’d live and die for the Gramercy Quirk story! I love the Novogratz’s sense of style, it’s never too serious and is always functional.
the Jingle Belle house, for sure. it puts me in a nostalgic trance, bringing visual memories of my childhood home where my architect father designed & built some of the furniture including bent plywood end tables and a rounded yellow vanity in the bathroom (precisely the color of that anthropologie coat in the feature), combined with a mottled moss green carpet and a white vinyl couch. LOVE!
I would love to escape to Jingle Belle. I love the mid century vibe going on there and I want to be in that house with those clothes on! Plus, it’s in the south so that means that I’d be warm. Extra bonus.
For a Southern gal with a decidedly mid-century bent, it is Southern Belle all the way. That 50s rancher is my dream pad.
A getaway at the New England B&B is right up my alley. It looks like the perfect place to escape for a weekend!
I adore Gramercy Quirk! I’d love the contrast of a few sparkly holiday decorations in that fantastic subdued space!
I love love love Bri’s loft. Plus she seems like a blast. Let’s throw a holiday party!
It was a difficult choice, but I felt most drawn to the images in the “Once Upon A Table” feature. It is a dream of mine to become a fabulous entertainer with elaborately laid tables. And the couple featured seem so down-to-earth and fun! Also there’s a horse. Always good. π
the gramercy park apartment is swell! what a balance of vintage and rustic, ugh, my husband would love it! i want to cook up a feast in that beautiful kitchen!
The Novagratz’s Gramercy Park co-op! I’d eat all the candy in their kitchen (and replace it before I left…!), take 100s of pictures of myself holding onto his Emmys and giving my acceptance speech (I’d obviously be really humble), hold game night in their living room, and whip up some comfort food (creamy tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich!) for lunch in their kitchen – that room is SO cozy! I love the mix of antique and modern. It’s a beautiful home.
That B&B is calling my name!!!! I always love getaways in quiet, tucked away bed and breakfast’s. That way I am forced to rest and read and clear my head. If I were staying there, I’d probably try to sketch every room because it’s the perfect mix of mod pieces (easy outline) and fun wallpapers. A game of murder mystery with some fellow guests would ensue as well!
I want to take my partner to NYC so badly and that apartment in Gramercy Park is just our style! I know that there are amazing places to eat and drink all over the city but it would be nice to cook in that beautiful kitchen. We could have a romantic night in. ^_^
I was unable to just choose one of the five featured stories, so I will begin my holiday Rue extravaganza by packing my bags for an adventure. This adventure will be with none other than the lovely Sibella Court. It is very obvious she has a knack for amazing spaces and places to visit and she holds the same amount of passion toward traveling as I do. Our first stop would be to Bri’s loft fest holiday party. Bri insisted on hosting a ‘going away party’ to wish us safe travels. We danced the night away with the entire Rue family. Naturally the next morning we would be quite hungover from all of the wine … so the plane the next morning was rough. We were finally on our way to Maine to visit our lovely friend, Rachel at her beautifully designed bed & breakfast. Every little detail in the space was absolutely incredible – we were in love. We decided to stay there until New Years. I mean who wouldn’t want to stay at that fabulous B&B, really?! Well, that would be the most amazing Holiday if you ask me.
As a mom of three kiddos trying to find time to write has been a struggle. I would simply love a trip to Maine (a place I’ve always wanted to see) and I would take long walks by myself. π To be able to have enough silence so that I can begin to hear my own voice again would simply seem decadent at this point!
An escape to the B&B would be wonderful! Such a stylish place.
Not want but NEED that bar cart!! Young and living in SF, a home bar is a must π
well, they are all off the charts fantabulous…but i have to say bri’s loft…because here i feel there are snipets of all of the stories. there’s a touch of the jingle belle, and certainly the unicorn could definitely be comfortable. and alas, i would need him and his magic there. because this is where i would spend my time getting my creative kick back after a baaad breakup. bri’s closet alone is enough to make a lady feel pretty and desirable again. i would make the fantasy of my career and life dreams come true!
Crystal and I are peas in a pod. I have been dreaming of owning a Vespa for ages!
I would love a stay at the Captain Garfield Inn–a tasteful B&B with modern flair can be so hard to find!
I would LOVE to be whisked away with my husband to the beautiful Captain Fairfield Inn in Maine! He proposed to me on a rock off of the coast of Maine so we hold that state dear to our hearts. The minute we arrive to our room, I would put on one of the waffle kimono robes they have ready and turn on the warm, inviting fireplace. Then my husband and I would sit back with a glass of wine and reminisce on how happy we both were on that day when we knew we would be together forever.
Gaahhh this giveaway is the bomb! Right now, having a holiday getaway with the hubby at that B&B sounds divine. We would eat delicious food, lay around reading books, & go on outdoor strolls. Love the new issue!!
What an incredible give away! I’d love to escape to the Captain Fairfield Inn in Maine. I love that every room has its own unique style and flare. What a cozy place π
I would definitely choose A Room at the Inn. I love a mix of traditional architecture and contemporary flair. Loving the bold colors and patterns and the fearless design style. It’s comfortable and stylish. You cant go wrong with that combo!
p.s. I could use these winnings. Getting married in May and with two designers under one roof, with big opinions on decΓ³r, it would be nice to say “But look at these awesome pieces I have to decorate with! Dont you want to just let me do it?”
π
I would love to the Bed and Breakfast in Maine. It looks amazing and the perfect place to relax and experience new atmospheres. I have never been to Maine and if I do go that would be theperfect place for me to stay!
drop me into the jingles bells story
I need some holiday cheer!
happy holidays!
It’s a toss up between Bri’s loft and the Fairfield Inn. But, because I’m in the mood for an ultimate escape from the city, I’d pick the B&B. I can picture it now…wine by the fireplace, cupcakes in bed and a nice bubble bath to top it off!
did my comment get posted..i don’t see it but don’t want to double post:)
The Gramercy Park Bach Pad is as quirky as sin, with the texture to get any girl excited. The moment I saw excessive amounts of sumo skin, I was off. Good Lord, have mercy!
Gramercy Quirk!! That is like my dream house. Sickeningly awesome.
I would love the Crate & Barrel fondue set!
Wow- all of the features in Rue are great, love your magazine ! I think if I were to choose a place to visit and stay in for the Holidays it would definitely be NY. Love, love the coop that cortney and robert novogratz did up in gramercy park. The attention to detail is fun and inspiring, he’s a lucky guy to live there ! Thanks for a chance to win the generous giveaway…
I instantly fell in lalalalLOVE with the Captain Fairfield Inn…when I read that story of how the hubby surprised his wifey with the getaway…I thought, now he’s a TOTAL KEEPER! So romantic and spontaneous, plus inspiration from amazing design and decoration from room to room…feels like a mini-escape simple exploring the B&B! Awesome giveaway ladies, fingers crossed!
xo-Julie
Peace. Love. LOL!
http://www.HauteKhuuture.com
RooM aT THe iNN looks like a heavenly escape to me!
Love the Rue holiday issue! I would have to head to LA and spend the day playing dress up in Bri’s closet! Tres Magnifique!
xo,
L
Who wouldn’t want to escape to Maine and fall into a Nicholas Sparks novel?! I can practically smell the sea air now! Although I’ve never been to the East Side…. (born and raised in Alaska no less!). But I can dream π
I’d love to hang out in Bri’s loft. LA is my town, and her place is so inviting!
I would love to have a getaway to Bri’s loft! I mean, seriously, how could you not get recharged and inspired by her lovely taste & color choices? Plus I bet there’s some pretty cool places nearby to explore!
The loft Bri has made so lovely!
THAT IS WHERE I WOULD LIKE TO SPEND TIME!
I would go to Bri’s loft for a no-family-drama holiday.
Gramercy Quirk all the way! I’m hankering for some east coast eccentrics and titillating conversation and I know I would have both sitting in that amazing living room!
My favorite is definitely Action Bunny. I will be remembering him for future gifting.
Oohh the bed and breakfast would make for the perfect holiday getaway!
The captain fairfield inn. Its gorgeous and I love Maine, particularly kennebunkport. It would be so romantic this time of year!
I think I would choose “Once upon a Table” to escape to for the holidays. I love all the glim and glam of the bright colors and mixed media. It’s a tough choice, because every home would make for a great holiday get-a-way. Merry Christmas Rue Magazine! Keep the amazing material coming!
Best, Cami
ps. just tweeted this
I’d love to escape to Bri’s loft for a weekend and lavish in her design aesthetic and spend an afternoon trying on the clothes in her color coordinated closet. Is that creepy??
Hi Anne! I’d love to take a holiday at Bri’s loft! It’s so simple, yet fun and inspiring! I’m a young photographer – definitely most at heart right now, not truly in reality! π Bri’s place would be a fun spot to get inspired and just relax. Can you imagine how much you’d come up with there? Her place looks like it’s probably usually full of good friends, lots of laughs, some dancing and frolicking around! Great times for sure. xxo Michelle
Um could you please transplant me to that gorgeous midcentury modern house in Jingle Belle? I’d even poof my hair for you.
I would LOVE to visit the New England B&B. I would leave pretty flowers in the purple vases.
i would love to go on a guided walking tour with the magnificent sibella court in nyc. i can just imagine all the magical little shoppes she has discovered along the way, and the very best nooks and crannies to find the unexpected treasure!
The Gramercy Quirk! I just love it.
Most defenitely A ROOM AT THE INN!
This place has the most perfect mix of mid century modern, girly, taste that I love. Plus I’ve never been on the east coast π
I want to chill out in The Room at The Inn. In front of that fireplace on that zebra rug and how much do I love that zebrea print headboard π yaza!
Without a doubt, Jingle Belle! You had me at the exterior shot, sold me with the interior shot, and then locked me in place with the clothes, hair, makeup, and car! I’d put on a record, make a cocktail (a Come Hither, perhaps), and have a little soiree!
design Loft Fest all the way …
I like to think DLF & I would hit it off rather nicely! We’d dress up more ornamented than a sparkly Christmas tree and wrap the town in tinsel! And to finish, we’d fly to the moon and play amongst the stars.
exciting excitement! the Maine B&B would be perfection!
i would love to be a the son of shark pig video party. im slightly obsessed with christmas lights dangling on pretty people. so a holiday getaway at Bri’s loft. (fingers crossed)
I’m absolutely obsessed with gold right now so Bri’s loft is a no brainer!! Such beautiful style π
Love the Quicksilver puffy jacket!
I would love to “escape” in my own city to Bri’s loft :). It looks fun, happy, and would make me feel right at home.
Since I work in advertising, I’m particularly drawn to the Mad Men-inspired design spread. That home in Georgia is just AH-MAZ-ING. I think if I visited there I would have to get a vintage outfit and a new hair-do and pretend I was Betty Draper…sipping Manhattans. How divine! A girl can dream…
I would love to go to the Captain Fairfield Inn Bed & Breakfast!
I would go to the Captain Fairfield in Vermont! I would eat rich and creamy soups, curl up by the fireplace, and slide down the staircase when no one was looking!
I also tweeted the phrase with your link. Thanks, Anne!
I’d say the Captain Fairfield Inn. I was in Kennebunkport a year ago and loved it. Mostly I loved watching all those paparazzi-tourists looking out for the Bush Seniors on their gigantic complex. The lobster don’t hurt either. But mostly I’d go for the Bush-gawkers.
Bri’s loft! I would most definitely lose 10 lbs and try on all of her clothes. Hopefully she wears a size 7 and I cold prance around town and visit all of her foodie joints. And if she doesn’t mind, I would like my man to join me and if he could wear Bri’s bf’s clothes, it would make packing so much easier on us both!
Once upon a time there was a mom, a dad, two small children and a pug who lived in a two bedroom 700 square foot house. Everyone loved each other very much, but the house was very very small and all that togetherness tended to make the mom kinda crazy. All the mom wanted was a house like the one in Jingle Belle, with room to run, play, spread out and display lots of cool tchotches.
Jingle Belle… but only if I can drive around in that convertible wearing all of the awesome clothes!
For sure the Northcrest Atlanta house. I LOVE the retro vibe and, in my opinions, nothing beats a rockin’ house party. I’d keep the party modern, have a awesome DJ, and skilled bartender to keep the drinks flowing. The party would go all night, mistakes would be made, people would be making out in the back of that car, and we’d dance all night until we watched the sun come up from the driveway!
Thanks for hosting the giveaway with all the other lovely bloggers. I would love to visit Bri’s Loft from DESIGNLOVEFEST! Rue magazine continuously impresses and inspires me.
I love the Gramercy Quirk! I could totally see myself making a late morning breakfast in that kitchen!
Here is my Holiday Getaway: Bri’s Loft Edition.
Considering my typical attire is all neutrals with a possible splash of “color” (eggplant or mustard are as wild as I get), I would live a little and throw on some of Bri’s wildly gorgeous clothes. Does that make me creepy? Whatev.
Then I would have a short dance party in her kitchen with the sign lit up of course…then lounge around the whole time in the comfort of a perfectly balanced loft…enjoying the luxury of having floor to ceiling windows with no covering!
my fave item is the dwellstudio tubular burst object! in the issue & in the giveaway π
The Calais Chandelier from Z Gallerie is AMAZING!
Rachel’s B&B (especially the sitting room) makes me want to escape with my boyfriend! The colors are amazing!
I love the entryway with the rug and wall covering!
I’d love to go to the cozy B&B. A relaxing weekend with my hubby before he deploys for nine months.
Definitely Bri’s amazing loft! Her style is fantastic.
Sibella Court’s place is divine! That place looks like the illegitimate son of a cabinet of curiosities and a circus… and that’s the very reason why i LOVE it! I expect a talking cat to be her roommate, a hot air balloon to her car and cotton candy to be her breakfast.
And love her name as well!
i’d love to play jingle belle as long as i get to dress up too!
Mindy Weiss’ color scheme – I could live in those fabulous blue green ocean colors.
The Jingle Belles feature would be such a fun escape! I’ve been watching a lot of Pan Am lately and that era just seems so fabulous. Mostly, I just want to hang out in that chair and ottoman on page 57.
Merry Christmas!!
Gramercy Quirk because there is no city like New York city. I love its culture, sophistication, grit, food, it-ness, all the people from all walks of life… Many contradictions all in one place. NYC is so ALIVE.
That LA Loft story really got me daydreaming about a holiday escape. Only, I’d miss my flight home, and overstay my welcome, hehe! I was just in LA for a few weeks recently, and while I’ve loved it in the past, this trip really cemented my love for the city.
In the article highlighting Bri’s loft, there is a mention of blogshop taking her to various cities around the world… Berlin being one of them. I’ll take a holiday getaway to Berlin. Lately I’ve heard amazing things about that city… so it’s currently at the top of my list. Plus, Germany has the best xmas markets and gluwein!!
I love the black sparkle flats from Zara in one of the gift lists! So fab!
[email protected]
I wouldn’t mind being transplanted in Jingle Belle with the amazing clothing, hair and makeup. I always wanted to use a fall for my hair and here is my chance.
Oh that B&B is an absolute treat. I would go there for a weekend with the ladies. We would treat ourselves to manicures, facials, and nosh on the recipes featured in Rue. We would also spend countless hours discussing important issues, like whether John Krasinski or Ryan Gosling would make a better husband. π
Tweeted as well!
Oh I absolutely LOVE Bri’s loft! would so want to visit it, not to mention its in Los Angeles!
Design Loft Fest all the way! Bri’s loft is amazing!
I tweeted about the giveaway! @jenniferleeday
MAINE! I’m already dreaming about lobsters and those gorgeous spaces at the inn!
I would go hang out at Casa de Perrin (from Once Upon a Table). I have done next to no decorating for the holidays and I feel like they would help me find the inspiration I need!
You have featured some awesome spaces but the house in the Jingle Belles feature is my favorite. Incude the sweet vintage car and I’m all set!!
I think a nice style-cation could be had at on the set of The Jingle Belle. I <3 that shoot! I want that model's hair π Plus it is supposed to represent the iconic Southern Belle and I've only been as far south as Maryland! Oh the fun I could have π
I would love to hang out in Bri’s apartment and have a sexy weekend away from Massachusetts in LA!!!! The mag looks great!
a unicorn ride at casa de perrin on a sunny afternoon would be pretty much perfect
I love rue magazine! I also really love the Vespa! This is such a killer giveaway, absolutely amazzing!
Of the five feature stories, I’d most like to escape to the Captain Fairfield Inn. Here’s the catch: I’d like to rent the entire B&B. I’d love to hop from bedroom to bedroom each night. And spend hours in that gorgeous dining room, eating fruit and cheese and wine and french fries. I’d feel like a queen, escaping to her relaxing northeastern abode. π
Grammercy, for its European feel, ideal pied a terre, invites to travel. With flowers and accent lights, very cosy.
I absolutely love DesignLovefest’s home!
tweeted!
I love the design loft in la.. i just love all the quirky art and the light up god save our queen.. it looks like a nice place to relax and sip on some win and play board games…
dollhousecreation(at)gmail(dot)com
I would definitely pick the Captain Fairfield Inn. It’s within driving distance from me and looks like the perfect little New England escape! Right up my alley π
i would like to go to the captain fairfield inn, lay on the zebra print rug in front of the fire, hide behind the plum and fuchsia drapes in the bedroom, or lay on the super comfy looking couches
While I think Bri’s loft is beautiful, I’d love to escape to the Captain Fairfield inn! I’m from LA and never had to chance to go visit other towns in different states.
I would most like to escape to the Novagratz apartment, please!!
Seriously, Bri’s loft space looks great for entertaining and I’d love to fix up some east meets west fare to share with guests in the fab kitchen! Plus I have that same vintage tape dispenser in gray-green!
The whole issue is absolutely stunning! I love Bri’s loft and all of the amazing gift ideas. I would love to live in the Jingle Belle spread — Amazing!!
Can I move in to Bri’s loft?! It looks so spacious and open.
B&B in Kennebunkport. We recently moved to Boston but keep driving up through Maine on the weekends b/c we can’t get enough of the ocean, fish, and chowder!
Escapetown, USA=Captain Fairfield Inn B&B!!! I would lovelovelove to be cozied up with some spiked cider in that amazing zebra bed!!!
graMERCY quirk. what a fabulous + seemingly quintessential nook in nyc.
I’d live in that car on pg.55 from the fashion spread. O to live in a car for the holidays…
I’m ready to move into Bri’s loft!!
It’s been a hard thing, moving to New York and starting life anew. I don’t know much of anybody, except my doorman and the guy at the newstand. But just last night I met this interesting director- I’d wnat to see his place, scope out his flea market finds (and jealously compare to my own) and get to know the man behind the gorgeous Novogratz bachelor pad!
Jingle Belle! Hands down! Can’t you just imaging the outrageous Holiday cocktail parties in the house!?! Ladies in their dresses, guys in their suits with pipes and cigars, bar flowing…kids who are supposed to be in bed, spying on the party…I want to be there NOW!
Bri’s loft is just amazing… but the dark gray living room in the B & B is screaming my name!
I would disappear into a whirlwind of holiday parties with the folks from casa de perrin. I loved Anne’s piece. The whimsy of a unicorn and stacks of fancy china to add history and elegance would be my perfect holiday setting.
Bri’s loft looks like a nice place to stay for a weekendβHouse swap? π
Hands down the Maine Bed and Breakfast. I can just imagine waking up in one of those beautiful rooms and heading down to have brunch in the lounge. We would then explore the area and hopefully find some amazing places to chow on some good seafood, shop at some antique stores along the way, and then head back for a nightcap by the fire at the Inn. Oh how perfect does that sound??
The Maine B&B! I love New England (well maybe not in the winter haha)
i’d like a holiday getaway at the b&b but only if my family can fill up the other rooms!
oooooooooooooh the Mango jacket.

gramery quirk – i would love to poke around all the books and little curiosities they seem to have on their shelves.
Is the 1960’s house a destination up for grabs? Because I am currently obsessed with Valley of the Dolls and this seems like the perfect opportunity to make my hair huge, drink martinis, and watch that movie over and over again.
Bri’s loft. I waited and waited for the issue to come out, just so I could see it. It’s a DREAM.
Bri’s loft. I waited and waited for the issue to come out, just so I could see it. It’s a DREAM.
Bri’s loft. I waited and waited for the issue to come out, just so I could see it. It’s a DREAM.
Bri’s loft – I love all the vignettes in that place! Each one could have its own story.
Bri’s Loft Fest, please! So connected to her “8s” and “&” – both have personal meaning to me.
the clothes, the house, the hair, the scenery, the make-up : jingle bells!
a beautiful escape to the “past”! –
no time machine needed π
Bri’s looks to die for. My house is a little more plain so I think the color and what not would be neat!
Happy Holidays!!
XOXOXO
Shannon
Bri’s loft from Design Loft Fest. Love!
Are you KIDDING ME?!! That MANGO Leather Jacket is so very yummy! Yes, Please! And speaking of all things scrumptious β BRI, YOUR APT!!!!
I would escape to the zoning designation, ‘Mixed Use’, of Bri’s Downtown Los Angeles home; it’s enchanting! Everything in the loft smiles back at me… The first this I would do is play dress-up with Bri’s wondrous wardrobe- a polychromatic palette of possibilities!
The vespa! Who wouldn’t want one (or three)?
Captain Fairfield Inn for me, please! The holiday season here in LA is sunny and warm and all things lovely and bright. I’m ready for some white, wintery wonderland!
I would love to escape to the place featured in the Gramercy Quirk feature. I know it was designed as a “bachelor’s pad” but I can totally see myself lounging about in the living room, admiring all the unique details–the ether bottles, the sumo poster. So great!
That loft is fabulous. I wouldn’t mind relaxing there for a few days.
Iβm in love with that Mango Leather Jacket!! I need it!!
Bri’s Loft!!! So fun!
I just don’t think I can live without those fabulous Anthro coasters…super groovy!
I love those black polka dot flats from Zara!
Captain Fairfield Inn, hands down!! A low-key Maine weekend is the perfect recipe for relaxation
I would pick Bri’s loft! It looks spectacular and very quirky. Thanks so much for the great giveaway
NYC for sure! The Gramercy loft is pretty fabulous!
DEF Bri’s loft, or anything on the gift guides. Best ones I have seen so far. Great selection!
It’s a tough decision. It would have to be either jingle bells or Bri’s loft. I suppose if I had to choose, it would be jingle bells, but only because I’m a sucker for holiday cheer.
Thanks for the giveaway!
bri’s loft!! it’s one of my favorite features so far in Rue. i live in west los angeles so traveling to downtown is a trek in itself. i consider that a getaway for sure!!!
Bri’s loft! It has a sense of home, charm, and spunk.
Jingle Belle for me please! Solely to wear the Oscar de la Renta dress on pg 53. It’s amazing!
Anne! I have lived & grown up in california and have been obsessed with anything & everything new england for years! I am ready to move into rachel’s mansion turned B&B like immediately, when shall I start packing!? π
I would love to escape to the 1813 New England B&B! You see this was once owned by my grt grt grandparents and it still contains family mementos. I would love to dress in the period clothing and wander in Grandma’s garden and maybe later sip lemonade on the front porch!
The B&B for sure. What a truly glamorous and inspiring place. My husband and I would snuggle in the big bed at night and have coffee and pan au chocolat in the morning.
I would like to stay with the “Haute Hostess” she has geat taste!
I’ve been thinking about this for a while… I think I’d pick the ‘jingle belle’ mid century home. Solely because it is SO different form my 120 yr old victorian and sometimes I need to be pushed from my comfort zone π
I’d take a getaway to the Captain Fairfield Inn, because it totally breaks the decorating stereo type of most B&B’s. Beautiful spaces.
The Fairfield Inn B&B! I’ve never been to New England and it’s always been on my list of places I need to visit. Thank you for this giveaway!
I tweeted this giveaway! https://twitter.com/Grimlock710/status/148857591366295553
Bri’s lofy of course! why?
1. I need to learn how to make my hair messy, not skanky. It’s a fine line & she has it mastered.
2. I want to raid her closet.
3. Its freezing in Ohio, and I need some west coast sunshine!
I would definately pick the grammercy park apartment. Would it be selfish to want to escape for part of the holiday’s by myself? Hope not! Cause I’m in love with the kitchen, already equipped with candy in jars, and it’s in a part of New York that I have always wanted to see. You have your own private park! Only downside: I may have to hide the sumo wrestling picture while I’m there…little too much sumo flesh for me!
the hubs and i just kinda splurged on a pre-christmas ipad so the ipad case on page 18 would be purrrfect. meow!
welp, i def won’t win seeing as how i answered bri’s question on your blog! but, i’ll answer this one just for funzies…. i’d choose bri’s loft mainly just because i feel like seeing it on paper or a screen probably doesn’t do it justice… i’m sure it’s much more fabulous in person!
Love the Maine B&B, it’s lovely. New England at it’s best it seems. So dreamy.
Once upon a table, there was a harried working mom trying to plan her child’s birthday party. Echoes of, “but mama, why can’t I have a unicorn?!” echoed in her head as she flipped thru a magazine and discovered that yes, unicorns were real! Now if only I could hire Case de Perrin to do a 4-yr-old’s party!
I would love to be hanging out in Bri’s loft. It’s what my place would look like if I had more style! Plus, LA’s has so many yummy places to visit. Who wouldn’t want to be there.
Love love love Rue! It’s so hard to pick just one location (since they’re all amazing!)… but I would want to hang out at the Jingle Belle house! It’s so interesting, and it’s in Atlanta, a place I’ve always wanted to visit.
xo
t
Love Love Love Bri’s loft. so fun and cozy at the same time! yet, so hard to accomplish!
I’d have to say Bri’s loft with my girlfriend because she would love the unicorn!

Great works are performed not by strength but by perseverance
I would go to Gramercy Quirk with my husband and re-live the days of being taken away in his bachelor pad ; )
I tweeted for an extra entry: http://twitter.com/#!/HSongSays/status/148954772177813505
I want to visit The Captain Fairfield Inn. It looks amazing and is described perfectly – “a chic mix of old meets new”. Of course I would only stay a couple days. Just long enough to soak in itβs beauty and enjoy an effortless New England breakfast (I’m imagining fresh fruit w/spiked maple syrup, scones and dark roast coffee) with my hubby.
I am gonna make it a trip to remember. Starting off with much needed rest and inspiration at the beautiful Captain Fairfield, then moving north east to Cutler. Donβt tell my hubby but I will secretly be scouting lighthouses for sale. My plan is that we spend a few years of our life hosting bearded sailors, drinking whiskey and collecting vintage flannel blankets. Our lighthouse home will have wrought iron beds, whistling tea kettles and black & white photos of all who have come through. After our adventure on the coast we will head back to the Captain Fairfield. Mainly to sleep in and be taken care of by the owners but I will also want to return the Barbara Cosgrove lamp I took when they werenβt looking.
I love almost everything, but I would loooove the Old Faithful Shop screwdriver for my dad! It’s portable and perfect!
I love the coziness of Rachel’s B+B, and I love the unexpected design style…reminds me of my quirky family of 9 that I’ll be spending Christmas with…everyone brings something unique to the mix. π
ughh I posted the wrong answer.
I MEANT I would love to escape to Bri’s loft…break in while they’re gone, jump on the bed a bit, play with her kittens, try a sequined dress or two and then put everything back in it’s place (even the kittens) and run away. If that’s not an acceptable answer then maybe I would be willing to just sit and visit. ;}
vespa vespa vespa vespa please!!
Love the loft and the Jingle Belle site!
I would most like to escape to Rachel Reider’s B&B for a holiday getaway! The rooms are just lovely and comfy! I would love to stay here! Thanks!
As a single girl in the city, I would totally rock Bri’s loft with cocktail parties, girly slumber parties, and quiet evenings at home!
I also tweeted @jjzy !!!
gosh, i love bri’s loft. i would love to host an awesome LA new year’s eve party there, all sparkles and great music and best friends!
xx
I would love to visit the inn in Kennebunkport ME. The design is gorgeous and it would be great to hunker down there for a cozy winter get away!
wishing cute + functional gifts: flats from zara and ipad case from cb2. happy holidays!
oh boy, i would have to say the catbird nyc ring! so pretty! what a killer giveaway you ladies are putting on!!
The Captain Fairfield looks so comfy and cozy. As long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to visit Maine.
take me to page 55! i want to drive around in that car wearing those red pants and a 3/4 sleeve car coat. For me, that would be the perfect ‘day after christmas’ escape.
I really just want to go to Gramercy Quirk so I can see how the heck they hung that bicycle on the wall so nicely (on page 95). And I especially love the kitchen.
Maine B&B for sure, I adore Maine and it is so peaceful and cool…
yay yay yay! how fun is this giveaway! i’m mega in love with the house in the jingle belle feature. i would dress to be a retro southern belle and make the boy dress the part too. i would whip up a tasty and completely-bad-for-you holiday meal & invite over some random neighbors to prove that i have southern hospitality.
I adore the Gramercy Park apartment! So simple and lovely, the perfect place to have a hot toddy party!
I would HAVE to pick the B&B in Maine. My BF was born there but has never been back since and it’s on our must visit list!
Um. Loft. Fasho. I would spend a million years in an apartment like that.
Aaaaand tweeted!
I really like the room at the inn – the colors and design were so pretty and I love the modern touches! Just going to pretend I live there now… π
What a dream! Well… I have bachelorette party on the mind and I’m thinking Bri Emery’s place would be just the right spot to start off a fun night on the town! We’re actually heading to West Hollywood for the festivities. One of my girlfriends is a photographer and I can imagine us shooting a vogue-esque shoot in her space with all of the colors and the neon sign. Love it! Thanks for considering.
Take me anywhere where I’ll encounter that yellow floral arrangement! Alternatively, I’d take a trip to Bri’s closet (or yours, to steal those ShoeMint shoes), or a relaxing getaway with my New Year’s New Man at the B and B. Love the magazine.
bri has a dino figurine in her loft so obviously I’d want to hang out there..it’s kinda just awesome.
Bri’s loft…dancing, throwing confetti, and perhaps that unicorn dancing with a party hat.
I’d love love love to visit the Captain Fairfield and get away from city life for a bit, all their rooms sound so utterly charming!!
xx
Amazing giveaway! I would take the Dwell studio tubular object please! π [email protected]
I LOVE the finishing touches on Bri’s loft. Her space is a lot like our loft in SF so I got tons of inspiration.
Oh Bri’s loft would be a dream. My house if filled with more earth tones and darker colors. It would be fun to get to play in such a bright clean space!
xo Moorea
My heart automatically jumped to the house (and era) that the Jingle Belle feature was shot in.
The classy, sultry tone of the shoot makes me think of drinking Old Fashions with my husband Don Draper *mind you, he would be faithful & not running around Manhattan with various women*. Waking up and setting my hair perfectly, not a hair out of place, and putting on beautifully structured dresses that were really made to fit a woman’s body.
Alright, snapping out of that dream. But that’s where I would choose!
xo
Brieanne
B&B Inn looks amazing and well designed.
i love cozy and small spaces especially to cuddle and hold up in for the holidays, and Bri’s loft is just perfection! I can imagine having a small and intimate friends gathering there, or making a cup of hot drinking chocolate and watching an old black and white movie.
I wanna escape to 60s retro, big hair, classic cars. take me there!
thanks for the chance to win!
I’m partial to the Novogratz designed Gramercy Quirk apartment as I would love to get away to NYC for the holidays!
as soon as the new rue issue launched, i excitedly awaited the end of my day so i could sit with a glass of wine and pour over each page. of all of the amazing featured items, iβd wish for the mary mcdonald lamp. i would redecorate my entire bedroom around it. *pausing to daydream*
i would love love love to go to l.a.. i have never been in downtown & would need a fun tour guide to take me to real l.a spots.. bri would be perfect!
I’d love to get away to Bri’s adorable loft. I’m 6’4″ in heels and it would be nice not to have to duck every time I enter another room.
I love the mag! (Awesome gift guides) So much style and class! I can’t stop reading it! Thank you! xo
I am a Fan of Bri’s loft as well! I love her eclectic style and I really like to use the word “eclectic” in my own apartment instead of hoarding π
Hands down, I’d jump at the opportunity to escape to Bri’s LA loft. So clean, so open, and so full of joy!
That Madewell lingerie set is perfect β equally the right kind of casual (with my boyfriendβs cardigan and comfy camp socks), the right kind of flirty fun, and right amount of sophistication to let show through a vintage lace blouse I have!
Easy! Bri’s loft is amazing!
reb.gerber (at) gmail.com
I would love to go to Bri’s loft! I can see myself and my husband + a few friends having an awesome party there for new year’s! it looks so cozy and yet so stylish and upbeat. plus, it’d be nice to have a christmas where it wasn’t 20 degrees out for once.
The Captain Farfield Inn π
I’d escape to the Captain Fairfield B&B!! Nice escape.
gramercy quirk! it’s such a beautiful space – and i can totally imagine myself curling up with a good book and hot cocoa, hibernating for a few days…or more. π
Bri’s loft!
I would like to escape to Bri Emery’s home in LA because it’s beautiful, colorful, and so so different from my home!
Also I tweeted!
https://twitter.com/#!/lttlegrlbigwrld/status/149586919242727424
Bri’s loft rocks. I would dance around and be a happy camper in her quirky little world!
David Perler’s apartment in Gramercy Park for sure. I’m a total girl but I love man things, I find them to be warmer, cozier and more welcoming. The french industrial island in the kitchen is insane!
didn’t snag anything that we wouldn’t want for ourselves. (I mean really, really want for ourselves. Let’s just say I’m super jealous of whoever is going to win this prize package.) And not to throw numbers
I love Bri’s as well but it’s not much of an escape for me since it’s here in So Cal. So I’d pick the Captain Fairfield Inn.
I would escape there and create a new identity or at least pretend to be someone else, relaxed. Perhaps I’d bring an outfit that would reflect or compliment the 200 year old history. I’d have to walk down that beautiful staircase every morning, slowly and gracefully. As if I were floating on air. The banister is gorgeous! Can you picture a long, flowing dress that traipsed down each stair. Heck, the Quicksilver jacket would look glamorous enough. On my way out for the day, maybe for a picnic or to travel the area and or course back at night to get cozy in one of those fabulous rooms. I know it’s a B&B but I’m living it up since it is my fantasy getaway!
Everything about Bri’s loft is AMAZING – the floors, the closet, the textured pillows, the Queen sign – I would throw a party where everyone has to adopt a foreign accent while toasting with champagne.
design loft!!
This article is GREAT it can be EXCELLENT JOB and what a great tool!wealth decays, whatever Thrift may be doing.
l like it
because everything is pretty much the house brand, I’ve had to memorize all the northwoods-inspired names for all the beats.
Awesome!! Thanks so much for sharing!!!
