Group Health Coaching: New Year, New You!

Health kitchen inspiration anne sage 1

Remember when I told you about the health coaching group I’m participating in? I wanted to pop in and give you an update–it’s going really well, and I’m a firm believer in sharing successes. So far I have: 1) Lost weight without even trying. 2) Eaten kale or another leafy green twenty-nine of the past thirty days. 3) Started attending (and enjoying!) a 6:30 am workout class! 4) Stopped counting calories.

Last night the huz came home with ice cream, and I didn’t eat it. Not ’cause I agonized about it but because I just didn’t want it. And on Tuesday I accidentally missed the group’s check-in call. I wasn’t working or stressing–I was completely absorbed in organizing the living room. And that felt great. So I what I’m saying is, there’ve been some positive changes ’round these parts, all thanks to the group!

P.S. Health coaches Lacy Young and Lisa Thiele are starting another round of the group health coaching series. I really encourage you to check it out. You’ll be amazed at the difference small, manageable adjustments in your diet and your overall mindset can make in your quality of life! Images: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.

  1. Congrats on your successes so far! Those are big wins 🙂 I’d love to say I enjoy a 6:30 am workout! maybe someday.

  2. Congrats, that sounds awesome!
Would you like some help with the sources for the pics? I posted some of these in the last month, so I got this info in my head. 🙂

  3. Wow, how impressive. I have no will power when it comes to ice cream. I think when you want something enough though you can power through, which you clearly are!

  4. It does seem you are now living, breathing your diet plan. I like that because now its not even a diet or loss weight plan anymore since its already second nature. I hope I can be like that.

  5. thanks so much for sharing! got my patootie back in yoga the first time in a looong time after reading your post 🙂
    love you anne sage!!!

  6. Wow! Well done. I’d love anything that could get me excited about a 6:30 am workout- that’s one hump I’ve NEVER been able to get over!

  7. Beauty of Supporting the Hard Material

Relief wall as one alternative to a hard material that is currently in vogue, to perfect the shape of the pond. Relief is made ??from black stone temple is often found in Yogyakarta, from the same type with other supporting stones on the pond this wate…

  8. Awesome, when we need something we get power for this, although it is our ego.

  9. Group Health coaching is similar to one-on-one health coaching, except you will be with a group of people each working towards their own health and wellness goals. While there is less one-on-one attention in a group setting, you will have the support of your peers as well as my support and recommendations to help you reach your goals.
