Let's talk scarves. After my shoes, scarves are probably the hardest working items in my wardrobe. They're really nothing they can't do: punch up an otherwise basic outfit, double as a blankie on a chilly plane flight, hide a food baby when you're rolling in the burrito sweats. So I'm loving these wispy and wondrous pieces from Australian designer Zoe Wall.
These are everything a scarf should be. They're super long, as in 'burrow like a bunny rabbit and don't come out' long. The textiles range from hand-felted wools to barely-there silks, with colors that look like fairies dropped in from an enchanted forest to deliver the dyes. Basically if scarves could transport you to to Never Neverland, this would be your non-stop ticket!

As a university student Zoe explored the art of felting with her mother Shyama, who remains her mentor and a source of inspiration.
