The new collection from Rebecca Atwood has already received some attention on the blogosphere, but I couldn't let it go unmentioned here because it is just so good. Rebecca ups the ante with each release, and dare I say that this latest offering is her strongest yet? The subtleties and sophistication of her designs grow richer with each passing season.
As with all of the brand's homegoods, each piece in the line begins with a hand drawn pattern in Rebecca's notebook. And while I love them all, I'm harboring a soft spot for the speckled pillow above. That rose-taupe hue feels fresh, romantic, and yet utterly versatile for any space. And doesn't it remind you of the pattern on a baby deer's haunches? (I just squealed like a little girl at that analogy.)
But the main reason I wanted to share Rebecca's new collection with you? She is, hands down, the nicest person on the Internet. Sweet and supportive, wise and wonderful, she's one of those rare sorts who still takes time to leave comments on blogs and reply to each tweet she receives. I guess you could say that she's an old-fashioned girl who appreciates life's little details—and it shows in everything she does!
P.S. Rebecca is a finalist in the Martha Stewart American Made Awards. Vote for her here! Images: The exquisitely talented Emily Johnston.
Gorgeous pieces. I’m gonna have to pick out a few things for my new apartment.

Thank you so much Anne! You are too kind!!
That speckled pattern started out as a painting in my sketchbook and the color way also really reminds me of a fawn!
Hope you have a great weekend and thank you again for all the kind words!
