I've got a few people in my life like that, and I sing their praises to whoever will listen. And every once in a while I stumble upon Instagram accounts that are the virtual equivalent: feeds that feature photos so striking, from personalities so lovely, they deserve of legions of followers…yet they remain thus far undiscovered.
At top is Amee Kim, whose high-contrast vision of the world will stop you in your tracks. Amee is equally adept with still life, portraits, and landscapes: a rare triple threat! Next comes Joanne Pio, a professional photographer who's been living in LA but is on the cusp of a move to Manhattan. I can't wait to see the Big Apple through Joanne's lens; if her take on California living is any indication, it'll be a feast for the eyes indeed!
Finally, Tracy Le is a true Renaissance woman. Not only is she Darling Magazine's managing print editor, she's also a phenomenal singer who records under the moniker Trace. She's smart, sassy, and has a killer eye. In my humble opinion, you must follow these three ladies post haste. It's only a matter of time before they ladies blow up, and now you can say you knew them when!
