Here in the States it's an unofficial holiday—everyone needs the day off work to burn through the haze of their turkey coma. Fortunately I'm feeling pretty spry since I stuck to my plan for stress-free eating on Thanksgiving, which means I have extra energy for Black Friday shopping!
