Sure it's nice to receive a Valentine's Day gift from a sweetheart. But what to do when you're single, or if your significant other is a cupidly curmudgeon? Gather a gaggle of girls and celebrate Galentine's Day, of course! Truth be told, I prefer toasting friendship on February 14th–you avoid the gag-me-with-a-spoon factor of PDA's and red roses and focus instead on how fantastic it is to be BFF's.
