I'm not a big jewelry girl—literally or figuratively speaking. I've always been in awe of girls who could pile on heavy bib necklaces, chunky cocktail sparklers, and epic arm candy. Countless times I've loaded up on fab vintage bling at the flea market only to donate it to Goodwill, unworn, six months later. As much as I love the draped and decked-out look, my skin chafes at the thought. Five minutes of wear and I start to squirm like a cat in a Santa costume.
However, there's one exception to the rule: three tiny gold stacking rings that haven't left my right hand in over 18 months. Partly because I can no longer remove them (they're molded to my fingers!) but mostly because they provide just the right touch of 24/7 sparkle without weighing me down. I'm frequently asked where I got them, but my answer of 'an awesome boutique in San Francisco' isn't terribly helpful.
So I'm thrilled to have found Portland's Ay Marieke. Jeweler Marika Emerson is a trained metalsmith who sells the loveliest stacking rings for only $15 apiece! Slim and streamlined without being stark, all of her designs have an air of the mystic and mysterious for an allure that whispers, 'Put me on and never take me off.' What's more, Marika is kindly offering 25% off for readers. Just enter the code 'merci' at checkout and you're golden!

I’m a simple but elegant girl myself, oh how I wish I could adorn myself with fabulous costume finds..but I would feel weighed down. I don’t like to fuss with my clothes or accessories. I do love 2 or 3 simple gold necklaces together. The stackable rings are nice.
