My Happy Birthday + 7 Year Blogiversary!

Happy Monday! I hope you had a fantastic weekend, because I sure did! I attended a leadership conference that overlapped with my birthday. Getting to ring in my 33rd year with over 100 new friends from all walks of life made this without a doubt my best birthday ever. I so valued the opportunity to step into this next phase of my existence with a grounding sense of purpose and belonging. And speaking of purpose, I'm also thrilled to say that this weekend marked seven years of blogging here at The City Sage! It's been an up-and-down path to be sure, and I'm so grateful both to longtime and to new readers for walking it with me. Your support has given me so much—community, confidence, creativity—and I'm humbled that you choose to join me here. I have big ideas for evolving what we've built together! What you can expect from me moving forward is an even richer, stronger voice; content that continues to celebrate our common love of aesthetics while digging deeper too; and an ever-evolving commitment to the healing power of story and shared experience.
